The position holder observes the current culture and deliberately implements necessary changes regarding the way we work. As a member of the CEO Office, he/she proposes, launches, and steers / orchestrates concrete programs and measures enabling the organization to manage change, become future ready and to successfully implement its strategic plans. ~crlf~ ~crlf~Cultural transformation is a joint effort and therefore the position holder will work closely with Communications, HR, as well as representatives of all levels of our organization, fostering an inclusive dialogue across the company.

##Analyze implications of strategic target picture and required changes and measures with respect to our culture, people, work environment and the way we work. Derive, align and coordinate an overall approach as well as concrete initiatives enabling Allianz Re to reach its strategic goals.~crlf~##Partner with Communications to define and run cadence of messages aligned with overall change roadmap~crlf~##Team up with business stakeholders, works council and project/ initiatives to roll-out and steer change~crlf~##Liaise with Group and other OEs on strategic and cultural transformation programs.~crlf~##Develop, together with talent development, and implement appropriate formats to enable leaders to drive transformation and change and reinforce our leadership principles~crlf~##Monitor, track, and share “best practice” engagement-related leader actions and activities to position and strengthen a system-wide (culture) focus on employee engagement and development~crlf~##Define core KPIs and targets to measure change management progress ~crlf~##Monitor and control change progress & success and sustainably anchor in the organization~crlf~

##University degree or similar third level education in business administration, psychology or similar subject areas. ~crlf~##Several years of experience in the areas of change management, organizational transformation, change leadership~crlf~##Knowledge of insurance and preferably also reinsurance industry~crlf~##Experience with analyzing complex subjects and plans~crlf~##Thorough understanding of people, cultural and organizational development~crlf~##Leadership/coordination of (change) programs in complex organizations~crlf~##Working in an international environment across locations; practical experience with Group - OE interaction and knowledge exchange between entities and locations~crlf~##Project Management skills to manage diverse stakeholders and project resources, steering and controlling~crlf~##Strong communication and influencing skills and stakeholder management~crlf~##Positive attitude, service orientated and analytical~crlf~##Excellent knowledge of English~crlf~##Knowledge of German or another European language would be an advantage~crlf~##Ability to collaborate across functions, organizations and cultures~crlf~##Ability to comprehend complex topics and to translate them into concrete measures~crlf~ ~crlf~The Change and Organizational Development Expert reports directly to the Head of CEO Office at Allianz SE Reinsurance~crlf~
