Allianz Re is a division of Allianz SE within the H9 resort and is based in Munich, Singapore, Dublin, and Zurich. Allianz Re mainly offers reinsurance protection for Allianz internal and external customers. Within the business area Advisory & Services, Allianz Re is hosting the Global Insurance Management (GIM) department. AZ-GIM is the in-house broker responsible for ensuring that the assets of Allianz, its buildings, people and businesses are insured. ~crlf~For the AZ-GIM team, AZ Re is looking for a motivated and experienced Key Account Manager taking responsibility for AZ Group’s global insurance program, partially local insurance service and consulting tasks with focus on P&C business.

Enable Allianz entities to maximize their benefits by joining Group programs:~crlf~##Represent Allianz Group ‘own risk’ insurance management. ~crlf~##Orchestrate activities between Allianz entities, international risk carriers and global brokers across all lines of business, divisions and/or markets~crlf~##Advise operating entities in insurance matters related to “own risks” whilst managing relationship actively by promoting risk transfer approach~crlf~##Drive opportunities to provide more value for money by increasing benefits and reducing costs ~crlf~##Align stakeholders across the Group and act as the voice of the Group to create transparency of insurance costs and penetration~crlf~##Act as Contract Manager by owning the complete policy lifetime for one or more specific Group insurance covers including Group charging methodologies~crlf~##Run program management in close alignment with Group functions, particularly Group Tax and Group Risk, specifically with regards to international regulation compliance~crlf~##Establish Contract Administration at Salesforce (contract management tool), administer contracts and ensure data quality in Salesforce~crlf~##Shape the future of claims management and administration by reimagining the claims customer journey. ~crlf~ ~crlf~Delivering on our commitments on the following:~crlf~##Growing client portfolio on a sustainable basis~crlf~##Developing relationships with stakeholders and creating communication channels with OEs~crlf~##Continuously expand network internally and externally (global brokers, international risk carriers)~crlf~##Conducting gap analysis on current status of client’s scope of cover and providing recommendations in order to achieve best in class coverages~crlf~##Consulting OEs in all insurance matters and find adequate solutions for the entities~crlf~##Communicating and aligning strategic initiatives and priorities with OEs~crlf~##Driving and monitoring business opportunities across regions / AZ entities / lines of business~crlf~##Taking full responsibility and accountability for AZ Group insurance programs~crlf~##Conducting yearly risk surveys and risk dialogues with the insurers~crlf~##Expanding the data repository of globally available policies~crlf~##Salesforce data administration~crlf~##Creating reports and extracting data from Salesforce and other reporting tools ~crlf~##Effectively monitoring and analyzing information and data systems.~crlf~##Steer further system optimization to enhance efficiency~crlf~##Ensure correctness of data in Salesforce as the contract management tool~crlf~##Simplifying and standardizing processes along the value chain of AZ Group Insurance programs~crlf~##Proactive, diligent oversight of claims to ensure claims are moving towards a timely, appropriate settlement~crlf~##Acting as day-to-day contact for overarching internal and external requests ~crlf~

Be able to influence without authority in a multiple competing-priority environment~crlf~##Ability to win audiences through a value based argumentation~crlf~##Skills in managing data administration in Salesforce~crlf~##Proficiency in adapting own communication style to the preferences/capabilities of the counterpart~crlf~##Acute awareness of intercultural sensitivity and ability to handle a diverse client base~crlf~##Proven skills in analyzing business situations and integrating the information into clear summary/directions to leverage into a decision plan~crlf~##Ability to leverage resources to create greater impact on profitable growth with innovative or unique opportunities.~crlf~##Proven technical skills in at least one line of business in order to be able to add value for OEs in insurance related topics~crlf~##Can do” mentality to take actions beyond own area to serve the customer by:~crlf~##Proactively seeking opportunities to improve customer experience~crlf~##Continually delivering improved service offerings perceived as valuable or as best practice~crlf~##Experience in providing re/insurance solutions that satisfy customers’ needs and add value to the AZ Group~crlf~##Capability to consider AZ Group priorities when implementing risk transfer solutions for OEs~crlf~ ~crlf~Qualifications~crlf~##University degree with insurance focus and/or equivalent job experience in insurance industry (minimum 3 years)~crlf~##Global P&C Bronze Accreditation mandatory~crlf~##Excellent English required (verbal and written). Minimum one additional core market language at a high proficiency level ~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience~crlf~##More than 3 years’ experience in insurance industry ~crlf~##Technical knowledge of at least one line of business ~crlf~##Experience in client facing roles~crlf~##Experience in negotiation with C-Level ~crlf~##International environment experience preferred~crlf~##Experience in project management ~crlf~
