Working Student (m/f/d) in HR Operational Management

    Allianz is currently transforming it’s HR Function and strategically invests into building a new global function, HR Operational management. The new function includes HR IT Platform management, Project portfolio management and HR Process, policies and risk management.~crlf~The role is to assist the team in daily operational activities including preparation of excel templates, consolidating and analyzing reports, workshop and meeting organization, communication and follow up with internal stakeholders, preparation of presentations and documents for internal meetings, etc.

  • Responsabilidades

    Support the HR IT Platform management team with the following tasks: ~crlf~##Prepare excel templates, presentations and documents in preparation for internal meetings with internal customers/ stakeholders~crlf~##Perform follow up activities with internal stakeholders e.g. systems access reviews~crlf~##Collect and consolidate all submitted information, perform data analysis and prepare reports~crlf~##Organize internal meetings with various stakeholders and conduct follow ups as required ~crlf~##Support the team in other tasks, daily operational activities and projects as needed ~crlf~ ~crlf~All your tasks will be supervised and guided by experienced HR IT Platform Managers and the Head of the Unit to guarantee best results and to support you in developing your skills.

  • Requisitos / Habilidades

    Qualification~crlf~##Currently enrolled as student in a bachelor’s or master’s program~crlf~##Studying Business Administration with focus on HR Management, Psychology or Economics. Other fields such as Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics etc. will also be considered~crlf~##High proficiency in MS Office software (especially Excel and PowerPoint) ~crlf~##Professional proficiency in English. Fluent German would also be highly valued~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key skills~crlf~##Analytical mindset ~crlf~##Well organized, proactive team-player, customer oriented and good communication skills ~crlf~##Grasp complex topics easily and quickly~crlf~##Ability to quickly adjust to changing and developing environments~crlf~##Enthusiasm about developing and implementing new ideas, but also having a realistic and practical outlook~crlf~##Highly experienced using MS Office, particularly Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook~crlf~##Considering diversity in a team as an asset ~crlf~##Experience in project work in a multicultural environment would be helpful
