The Global HR team at Allianz Partners work in a dynamic, matrix and multicultural environment. They are responsible for defining the over-arching HR strategy and across all Business Units.~crlf~Reporting to the Head of Reward & Performance (R&P), in this role you will work closely with all global and regional members of the R&P CoE community as well as with the Allianz SE R&P team.~crlf~ ~crlf~Key Responsibilities:~crlf~##Lead global Reward projects and initiatives:~crlf~ - Design and implement consistent salary structures across all business units~crlf~ - Coordinate salary survey participation and benchmark activities; provide guidance to Reward and HRBPs in all BUs~crlf~ - Manage gender pay equality initiatives: coordinate pay-analytics software and gap reporting; plan budgets for necessary gender pay adjustments ~crlf~ - Support the introduction of a consistent benefits framework ~crlf~ - Other global projects on demand (e.g. sales incentives, benefits project)~crlf~##Keep the SuccessFactors database up-to-date and ensure that the enhanced compensation modules in the system are rolled out in a timely manner. Ensure BUs tare rained and ready to use the SF functionalities ~crlf~##Support the year-end cycle by consolidating & reviewing all Executive data before; review outcomes and ensure accurate letter preparation for the Senior Executive population globally. ~crlf~##Prepare ad-hoc analyses & reports for R&P CoE or Compensation Committee meetings and Governance/ Audit purposes. ~crlf~

##A minimum of five years of experience in Compensation & Benefits~crlf~##Experience with working in a global environment~crlf~##Experience managing global compensation reviews and leading key projects~crlf~##Experience working with a large HRIS (SuccessFactors, Workday, etc)~crlf~##Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem solving attitude~crlf~##Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and good judgment ~crlf~##Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required~crlf~##Ability to work autonomously, be self-directed and results-oriented ~crlf~##Strong communication & presentation skills~crlf~##Team player and ability to work in a global environment~crlf~
