    This role is accountable for the front-end new business service functions, including: Case Management, Policy Issue, Underwriting, Medical, and Relationship Service. As a member of the Enterprise Operations (EO) Senior Team, this role collaborates with the EO senior leaders to lead an integrated service strategy and service delivery model for the organization.~crlf~~crlf~This role also partners closely with Distribution (internal and external) to ensure Operations processes proactively meet the growing needs of the business, and establishes a relationship model and relevant touchpoints to drive loyalty among distributors and producers.~crlf~~crlf~As a member of the EO Senior Team, this role collaborates with the EO senior leaders to lead an integrated service strategy and service delivery model for the organization.~crlf~**Securities licensing is generally required for those directly involved with activities related to Variable products, Broker Dealers, and Registered Representatives.**

  • Responsabilidades

    New Business processes: Develop an industry leading front-end process (producer services through policy issuance) that aligns with customer, producer, and distributor requirements to establish a competitive advantage. Ensure high quality, cost effective service delivery model that drives producer and customer loyalty and satisfaction. Drive process reengineering to achieve end state objectives.~crlf~~crlf~Accountable for overseeing underwriting functions for Life New Business and Medical; ensures Relationship Service standards are embedded into each process step and overall service experience meets business demands and expectations.~crlf~~crlf~EO Senior Leadership Member: Partner with other senior team members to develop and execute an enterprise wide service strategy and build a strong pipeline of leadership to manage service. Manage and develop a high performing team. This includes coaching, mentoring, and formal career development plans.

  • Requisitos / Habilidades

    – 11+ years of experience required: Operational leadership, with extensive knowledge of Life/Annuity products, distribution model, and service model requirements.~crlf~– Four-year degree required: Business or related field.~crlf~– FINRA Series 6/7, 24/26. ~crlf~~crlf~Preferred:~crlf~– 11+ years of experience preferred~crlf~– Advanced degree preferred: MBA or related degree.~crlf~~crlf~**If Securities licensing is required as outlined above, the deadline to obtain is 90 days from the date Variable-related activities commence.
