Principal Financial Technology Sales Consultant - Minneapolis

This position requires deep technical knowledge of Allianz Life products to allow for the understanding and advocating of Allianz products within financial planning software/digital advice arena. Partner with stakeholders in New Markets, Distribution Relationship Management and other Distribution channels to drive sales through the use of technology, digital advice and financial planning software. Project management skills are required to facilitate the development of training content and sales ideas for the use with internal and external customers. Must also have the ability to identify and create field facing content for use by wholesalers and also on the Allianz Life website. Create and maintain metrics critical to driving fin tech results and delivery.

•Create and execute Distribution initiatives that support and drive sales through technology/digital advice. Drive, execute and manage multiple projects in collaboration with a broad range of subject matter experts and clients. Partner with Distribution to lead training and promotion of digital advice platforms as it relates to Allianz products. Demonstrate excellent proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word and be willing to learn to use other tools as needed (ie, Brainshark, Articulate, After Effects). Ensure coordination with our Brand, Legal and Compliance departments on changes and development of sales training material. This person must be proactive and be comfortable influencing and making recommendations to leadership. ~crlf~~crlf~Program Design and Delivery~crlf~• Deliver training for new technology initiative and roll outs, on boarding, market updates/ impacts and economic cycles. Serve as SME between Advanced Markets, New Markets, Marketing, Distribution Relationship Management and other Distribution channels to drive adoption and understanding of technology/digital advice tools. Travel to external partners as needed.~crlf~~crlf~Communication~crlf~• Communicate sales trends and topics to key stakeholders and integrate into technology/digital advice training materials. Partner with Leadership to define and develop communication/marketing plans for digital advice content. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency of marketing message and alignment with digital advice tools. Understand and communicate producer needs and challenges with technology/digital advice tools. ~crlf~~crlf~Needs Analysis/Measurement:~crlf~• Work with Distribution stakeholders to identify technology/digital advice training needs, conduct effective needs analysis, for training sessions and opportunities. Review and evaluate program effectiveness to ensure it is meeting or exceeding technology/digital advice usage and training metrics. Minimum Requirements:~crlf~6-7 years experience required~crlf~– Four-year degree required: or equivalent work experience~crlf~– MN Life Insurance license.
