Customer Service Representative I/II
You will work exclusively Monday-Friday, no evenings and no weekends! You can also be 100% remote, hybrid, or on-site in Minneapolis, MN! ~crlf~~crlf~You will provide prompt, professional and accurate responses to telephone inquiries from both Customers and Financial Professionals. You will be trained on our products in a structured and active inbound contact-center environment. You will answer inquiries on product features, understanding product performance and educating callers on the self-service features of our website, and taking and keying trade instructions provided on calls. The Customer Service Representative will work with the Contact Center Management team to exceed published benchmarks related to soft skills, accuracy, call handle time and attendance. You are prepared to put the caller's needs first by prioritizing solving problems, de-escalating situations where warranted, and help guide a first call resolution. ~crlf~~crlf~You will report into a Contact Center Supervisor.
You Will:~crlf~• Answer incoming calls from Customers or Financial Professionals who need assistance on our procedures~crlf~• Build relationships by listening, paraphrasing, and problem solving~crlf~• Provide clear information~crlf~• Manage a diverse clientele~crlf~• Emphasis on attendance and punctuality~crlf~• Support basic Allianz Website registration and navigation~crlf~• Research required information using available resources~crlf~• Follow up with Customers or Financial Professionals~crlf~• Respond to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that client's feel supported and valued~crlf~~crlf~
You Have:~crlf~• Aim to exceed standard call center metrics while providing excellent customer service~crlf~• Computer proficiency skills~crlf~• For a CSR I, One-year experience in customer service related experience~crlf~• For a CSR II, 2-3 years experience preferred: Call center ~crlf~• Process, focused on customer relationships~crlf~• High School Diploma or GED~crlf~• Work shift-times between 7am-6pm~crlf~• For 100% remote - Appropriate internet speed in order to be effective at home of 50 mbps or higher of download speed~crlf~
