    We are seeking for a Business Application Analyst in Taipei or Hong Kong to join the global support team in HR, Finance, Legal, and Compliance areas. This job requires an experienced analyst who can partner effectively with all levels of the organisation, actively get results, enthusiastically identify and resolve problems, and make challenging decisions.

  • Responsabilidades

    Application, Service, and Vendor Management:~crlf~##Maintain full and up-to-date understanding of the Business/IT strategy, current practices and system capabilities~crlf~##Carries out day-to-day application management of HR, Finance, Risk, and Legal & Compliance applications~crlf~##Responsible for issues tracking and incident management. Second-level Corporate Services applications business-as-usual follow-the-sun support ( e.g. HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance, SharePoint applications)~crlf~Business Analysis:~crlf~##Establish the contribution that technology can make to business objectives, defining strategies, validating and explaining business needs, conducting feasibility studies, producing high-level and detailed business models, preparing business cases, leading development and implementation of solutions, taking into account the implications of change on AllianzGI and all partners ~crlf~##Also to lead practical integration work under the technical direction of the system /service designer ~crlf~Risk Management:~crlf~##Investigates and reports on hazards and potential risk events

  • Requisitos / Habilidades

    ##You hold an undergraduate degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and have some years’ experience in application development and/or support ~crlf~##Good command of incident and problem management tools~crlf~##Have taken part in software development process and be familiar with software change management process~crlf~##You have a multitasking, and can-do thinking. Furthermore you are highly motivated and enjoy team work. You are able to work under stress and meet aggressive deadlines and have in addition strong people and program solving skills~crlf~~crlf~It would be an advantage if you have:~crlf~##A deep understanding of asset management business is a definite advantage~crlf~##Shown experience of end-user application support and know-how of SharePoint Online and SAP HCM ~crlf~##Worked already in budgeting, scoping, scheduling and driving projects from initiations to delivery ~crlf~##At least two years of hands on project experience, preferably with a global financial institution
