    At AGCS our account technicians support the business by capturing and processing policy information; from submissions through to billings and collections. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and operational effectiveness.~crlf~~crlf~Based in Paris and reporting directly to the Region Europe Manager, you will be jointly responsible for the Region Europe team in France. Working closely with the Region Europe Manager, you will head up a team of account technicians. With your team you will provide an effective and efficient administration and processing service to underwriting, accounts, claims, credit control and brokers/clients. Contributing to and implementing process and system changes will form part of your role as AGCS harmonizes its systems and processes.

  • Responsabilidades

    ##Develop and implement the strategy for the Allianz company alignment with stakeholders regarding Service Level Agreements including availability, performance, response, cost, quality. Consistently meet and report on operational Key Performance Indicators / SLAs for the Allianz company delivering on and managing stakeholder expectations. Develop, manage, and sustain effective working relationships with all key local/regional stakeholders. Support Market Management and Underwriting in acquisition of new customers by developing customer / broker-tailored solutions.~crlf~##Create or produce reports and utilize or analyse data as required by senior management or ad hoc. Checking system data or reports to manage workloads, monitor team and individual performance, ensure data quality, meet internal and external compliance and audit requirements and to address any issues identified.~crlf~##Implement the Operations Target Operating Model in the company. Communicate change to employees and support staff during change processes. Initiate and lead key local projects and participate in Regional / Global projects where required.~crlf~##Work as a team with other Team Leaders, Shared Services Unit and Insurance Operations Managers to identify and share best practices and develop improved ways of working.~crlf~##Proactively ensure cost effective minimisation of operational risks. Responsible for Risk Management and Compliance within Insurance Operations for AGCS.~crlf~##Develop strong relationships with Clients and Brokers to retain Multinational programmes and ensure they are provided with updates on the service offering for their individual programmes.

  • Requisitos / Habilidades

    ##Ideally 3-5 years’ experience leading a team in the Insurance sector~crlf~##Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience of mainframe administration~crlf~##Excellent understanding of relevant products, wordings, terms and conditions and coverages or other relevant area of expertise~crlf~##Advanced understanding of the policy administration life cycle, including information collection, policy issuance, premium bookings, endorsements, credit control, cancellation~crlf~##Act as the technical referral point for the team, especially for complex issues and queries~crlf~##Excellent communication skills - verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills ~crlf~##Time management skills and experience of scheduling tasks in accordance with daily review of priorities~crlf~##Ability to motivate others; effective team player, training, developing and coaching staff~crlf~##English: European level B2 / C1 (target).
