    A Subject Matter Expert that is responsible for the ongoing analysis, collection, and resolution of open premium and deductible receivable balances. Activities include, but are not limited to, early and late stage collection activities, cancellation processes, submission to outside collection agency, discrepancy resolution, write-off recommendations, escheatment processes, relationship building, recommendation of write-offs, adherence to local and global policies, and assistance with training and problem solving.

    Coordination, clarification and balancing of unbalanced items and resolution of differences ~crlf~##Ensure that all accounts receivable / payables are settled and collected as per agreed terms of settlement. ~crlf~##Identify and analyze all accounts differences and liaise with Underwriting and the brokers to ensure that all items are booked correctly and differences are resolved in a professional manner and on a timely basis. Establish and maintain an abeyance system. ~crlf~##Recommend write offs where applicable~crlf~Processing~crlf~##Perform credit control function of Accounts Receivable/Payable and related account reconciliations as assigned. ~crlf~##Coordination, transfer and reconciliation of data from interfaces of front-end systems~crlf~##Execute settlements with brokers and insurers.~crlf~##On an ongoing basis, properly account for all collections through timely application in the system (Global Genius, Genius 2, SAP etc.) and booking in the GL. Prepare monthly cash, receivable / payable and other account reconciliations / analysis and related journal entries.~crlf~Governance and quality assurance~crlf~##Document application of policies, procedures and workflow for assigned areas of responsibility. ~crlf~##Archive records to satisfy audit and statutory requirements. ~crlf~##Draft standards to improve quality. ~crlf~Collaboration and Customer Service~crlf~##Work collaboratively with other Functional areas (Operations, Accounting, Claims) in establishing processes, booking flows and accuracy completeness controls. ~crlf~##Work with third party collection agencies as required.~crlf~##Maintain a collaborative relationship with external brokers. Provide professional and timely customer service to internal and external customers.~crlf~##Serve as Subject Matter Expert to other team members~crlf~##Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Drivers~crlf~##Legal and Regulatory Framework: Comprehensive knowledge of local GAAP, IAS / IFRS, Regulatory, Tax and other relevant requirements (such as Allianz Accounting policies) wrt reporting, compliance and declaration~crlf~##Ability to handle complex processes (closing, reporting, finance operations) including understanding of data flows~crlf~##Analytical Thinking and Numeracy: Ability to identify patterns and root causes in complex (e.g. ambiguous, from various sources) data and processes to rapidly distill key issues and provide insight in various situations~crlf~##Problem Solving Ability: Ability to identify and initiate appropriate actions to remediate issues that can be abstract / ambiguous and follow through on their remediation~crlf~##Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to understand, elaborate and convey information clearly and effectively in respect to the audience
