Headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany, it has on-site experts based in regional Allianz offices across multiple continents.~crlf~~crlf~The Tender Manager focuses on International Risk Management Programs. These are Pooling, Captive Global Underwriting Programs and combine corporate protection (life, accident and disability) and medical insurance. This position's key responsibility is the delivery of winning tenders and presentations. ~crlf~~crlf~In this function, you are at the technical core of the sales process where you have the unique opportunity to develop further in an international and cross functional environment within the Allianz Group. Some international travel is likely.~crlf~~crlf~The ideal candidate is commercially minded, self-motivated and is able to deliver innovative solutions in a highly complex and fast paced environment.
##Responsible for the completion and delivery of global Employee Benefits tenders for multinational corporations within the deadline from the reception and analysis of the request to the final delivery~crlf~##Actively take part to the building of sales strategy / sales pitch with the sales director and responsible to shape content and clear message of the tender according to the agreed sales strategy~crlf~##Responsible for the delivery of tenders in perfect layout according the Allianz Group standard~crlf~##Responsible for the delivery of the PowerPoint presentations and content for finalist presentations ~crlf~##Each global tender being a project, the Tender Manager will take leadership and responsibility to pull the necessary resources from all relevant stakeholders together to complete the assignment within the deadline: from Allianz Global Benefits, network insurers, Allianz Re, Allianz Care, Allianz Leben and other stakeholders~crlf~##Engage with the brokers and lead Q&A sessions ~crlf~##Analyse clients’ needs and provide credible suggestions and solutions to build winning tenders~crlf~##Keep records and tender status updated in internal CRM systems ~crlf~##Ensure processes are in place, continuously improved and complied with for optimal delivery of end product~crlf~##Maintain excellent relationship into underwriting teams from network insurer to ensure optimal solutions~crlf~##Comply with Service Level Agreements by network insurers to optimize delivery quality and reduce lead time~crlf~##Ensure feedback from unsuccessful tenders is analysed to identify areas of improvement and undertake actions accordingly ~crlf~##Build extensive knowledge of available solutions available for Multinational Corporation clients and market~crlf~~crlf~
Qualification~crlf~##Excellent university degree and/or professional insurance qualification~crlf~##Fluent in English and knowledge of another language (German, French, Spanish)~crlf~##Clear understanding of employee benefits solutions and with international exposure~crlf~~crlf~Experience~crlf~##At least 3 years relevant job experience in corporate life and/or medical insurance, in Employee Benefits distribution or related consultancy industry ~crlf~##Ability to deliver high quality presentations with clear messages, content and layout~crlf~##Client focused with ability to think with accurate business acumen and to support the development of sales and cross selling pitch~crlf~##Strong project management drive and ability to work independently in very complex environment~crlf~##Very strong analytical skills, well -organised and accurate~crlf~##Strong results orientation and high motivation as well as ability to motivate others ~crlf~##Ability to work well under pressure~crlf~~crlf~
