Business Process Re-Engineering Associate

    The Process Reengineering Associate will work closely with Process Reengineering leadership and will be responsible for understanding and documenting the current business process; identify improvement areas/opportunities to drive in operational efficiencies; The incumbent will be required to interact with the business/process/services/IT stakeholders and related line managers to identify process gaps and recommend improvements using Design Thinking, Lean and Value Stream Mapping Frameworks. He/she need to effectively work through complexities associated with coordination across multiple entities, conflicting efforts, and limited resources. Manages multiple operational, financial, and compliance projects and support project team to achieve the scope, timing and objectives of each complex assignment. Utilize strong analytics, technical and communication skills as well as deep, broad understanding of the business to summarize key findings. ~crlf~~crlf~Must have minimum 3 years or more experience with transformation, business process analysis, process re-engineering, statistical process controls, cost reduction techniques, and lean Six Sigma techniques

    Process Improvements/Technical skills~crlf~•~crlf~Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical ability to draw sound conclusions and make appropriate recommendations to management ~crlf~•~crlf~Understand and document the current working process in details (review, document and assess critical business processes)~crlf~•~crlf~Uses end-to-end mapping and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement that positively impact up-stream and down-stream business partners. ~crlf~•~crlf~Provides technical expertise for the planning, managing and implementation of enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives. ~crlf~•~crlf~Perform data manipulation and analysis (graphical and statistical) as required in support of performance metric reporting.~crlf~•~crlf~Facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users to identify gaps and recommend improvements to deliver the artefacts, backlog of functions, coaching the Product Owner and Consulting during execution of Target-Operating-Model of Processes ~crlf~•~crlf~Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities~crlf~•~crlf~Support project in validating the user requirements via testing ~crlf~~crlf~Project Support ~crlf~•~crlf~Support multiple project backlogs which may have many internal and external dependencies, are complex in scope, have divisional and/or organization-wide impact, have multiple integration points, a higher level or risk requiring mitigation plans and are worked within multiple teams of resources. ~crlf~•~crlf~Develop reports, monitoring and evaluation activities of current projects and/or actions targeted to improve key metrics and customer insights. ~crlf~•~crlf~Responsible for design, development, implementation, and integration of people, processes, and technology needed for successful implementation of initiatives. ~crlf~•~crlf~Identify, communicate, and report significant deviations from project plan/quality~crlf~~crlf~Relationship Management ~crlf~•~crlf~Provides insight from a business perspective on the direction and continued utilization of continuous improvement methodologies. ~crlf~•~crlf~Works with all levels (leaders, managers, and associates) of assigned areas to identify opportunities for improvement, structure efforts to achieve the targeted improvements and establish measurement systems to monitor performance.
