Business Development Manager (GI Agent)
We are searching for a dynamic talent to join our GI Agency and Distribution team to drive and manage all relationship efforts for the entity. The incumbent will be a key member in the digital insurance team working closely with both internal and external stakeholders in the digital insurance office to support the growth strategies of the entity.
•~crlf~Establish and maintain positive relationship with network of GI Agents through regular updates and engagements ~crlf~•~crlf~Provision of training, sales support and key liaison person to assigned network of GI Agents ~crlf~•~crlf~Facilitate sales and quotation request between internal and external stakeholders for all lines of business in support of the generation of business ~crlf~•~crlf~Proactive engagement with assigned network of GI Agents through scheduled reviews of business performance, sales pipeline and sharing of best practices ~crlf~•~crlf~Responsible for end to end business results which includes but not limited to GI Agents recruitment and servicing related matters ~crlf~•~crlf~Ensure compliance of GI Agents in accordance to GIA and Company guidelines~crlf~~crlf~
•~crlf~5 years’ experience in GI industry.~crlf~•~crlf~Certified in BCP, PGI, HI and Comm GI.~crlf~•~crlf~Good understanding of the various general insurance products and agents market. ~crlf~•~crlf~Experience in GI business development or underwriting related role .~crlf~•~crlf~Strong analytical and presentation skills.~crlf~•~crlf~Strong negotiation skills.~crlf~•~crlf~Good understanding of agency management and framework. ~crlf~•~crlf~Proficient in MS Office.~crlf~~crlf~
