The People Analytics Team delivers reliable data to our customers, analyzing and reporting on Allianz Technology's data across 52 countries worldwide. Our ongoing efforts in data automation and standardization are aimed at providing our customers with valuable data insights.

As an Intern/Working Student, you have the opportunity to gain insights into the complete portfolio of our team.

What you do:

Supporting the day-to-day business of the People Analytics Team mainly in fields of

Data Governance:

• Defining and standardizing data elements from various systems to enable automated reporting
• Working with different Business Data Owners to harmonize data understanding

Corporate Social Responsibility Directive:

• Support the yearly CSRD (non-financial reporting) audit process within the Allianz Technology People Function, including document preparation, preparation of communications to local teams, understanding audit requirements, and collecting content from local teams

What you bring:

• Ability to work independently in virtual teams across various continents and cultures, quick learner, hands-on mentality with the capability to deliver results
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English and German (native speaker or C2 in one of the languages preferred)
• Initial experience in the fields of Data Governance, Data Reporting, and People Function (HR) are a plus
• High-level MS Office skills (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High interest in HR processes and systems, data governance, and standardization
• Enrolled in a Bachelor, Master's degree or Ph.D. program in IT or HR, communications, business, psychology, or a related field for the entire duration of the position
• You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position - part-time (20 h/week)
