Who will you be joining?

Under supervision, works on all phases of the audit process including consultative projects and leading/ supervising audit projects. 
Performs routine assignments within the context of audit engagements including the following: identify and evaluate risk, develop audit programs, execute complex program steps, identify and communicate issues, provide recommendations for improvements and provide written and oral feedback. Works with Management in developing action plans to ensure identified risks are effectively mitigated. Shares information related to the areas of expertise.

This role is part of our mobility program designed to expand business expertise within IA as well as share risk and control knowledge across the organization.
 

How can you make an impact?

 

You will:

  • Perform timely, high-quality and risk-oriented audits in compliance with the auditing standards of Allianz SE Audit German Desk.
  • Add value through identifying areas of improvement when conducting process analysis with regard to governance, risk management and controls
  • Collaborate with other audit departments nationally and internationally
  • Contribute with ideas for the further development of audit processes and methodologies
  • Be constructive and trusting the cooperation through open and customer-oriented communication, presentation of Internal Audit German Desk as a competent partner through professional appearance

 

 

What are you made of?

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of professional experience
  • University degree / Master's degree in economics or comparable
  • Experience in internal, external audit or as consultant or equivalent
  • Experience in insurance, fin. services industry and / or in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management
  • Profound knowledge of German
  • Experience within the Allianz Group is a plus
  • Previous experience in business related functions (i.e. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus
