Who will you be joining?


Allianz U drives skill and capability development across the Allianz Group in alignment with Allianz strategy and priorities and the needs of Allianz OEs. It unites Global learning, functional Ops & IT and Life & Health academies and the learning units for Allianz Germany and Allianz SE.

 

The Global Academy Management Team supports learning managers and other academies of Allianz Germany and Allianz SE in managing learning activities. In particular, it provides learning analytics and further develops and automates learning analytics solutions; governs IDD guidelines and their implementation; sets the standards for the e-learning production on the internal content platform and together with Allianz Services ensures adherence to them, ensures proper usage of Success Factors LMS across all academies of Allianz Germany and ensures implementation of Allianz requirements with an external learning administration provider HR factory; and in cooperation with various providers, develops selected E-learning products for Allianz U.

 

 

How can you make an impact?

 

You will:

  • lead and develop the team of 8 people.
  • continuously improve learning impact of e-learning, actively integrating new technologies and innovations into e-learning products.
  • drive further transformation of AllianzU and learning at Allianz towards more digital and data-driven function.
  • act as a key contact for internal and external providers of AllianzU.

 

 

What are you made of?

 

  • 10+ years of professional experience, of them at least 5+ experience of leading teams.
  • Master’s Degree in business, economy, natural sciences, engineering or IT.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Experience with IT systems, data analytics and controlling.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, digitalization, automation and generally driving change to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Excellent digital and analytical skills; ability to quickly learn new digital solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across all levels within an organization.
  • Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus
