Job Purpose/Role

 

We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) to strengthen our Private Market Fund Control team at ACP’s office in Luxembourg.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • Monitoring of cash management events across all funds

  • Support in the onboarding of new funds

  • Manage team’s mailbox to ensure requests are correctly allocated to fund controller(s)

  • Assisting with Fund Closings, Invoice Payments and File Maintenance as required

  • Ad hoc project participation with team members depending upon priority requirements

 

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

 

  • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration (Finance or Private Equity)

  • Qualification ideally within an operational/financial reporting role, with exposure to/understanding of Private Markets funds

  • Ideally experience in Accounting, Audit, financial control, or back office

  • Affinity with Private Markets, Asset Management and/or Project Management is a pre-requisite, someone who embraces change

  • Confident use of IT (especially Microsoft suite of tools such as Teams),

  • You have strong analytical skills, a high level of accuracy and keen attention to details

  • You are an excellent team player with good communication skills and a self-reliant working style
