PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

The candidate will be part of the Procurement Unit of Allianz SpA and will contribute to the following tasks:

- end to end set-up of the procurement tenders (scouting, vendors qualification, sketch out of the request in the e-tendering platform, offers comparison, awarding) while being the focal point for the internal clients and the suppliers invited in the selection process 
- procurement reporting (e.g. savings tracking, KPI and SLA, drill-down analysis)
- support to the Business Owners in the contract set-up, in cooperation with Legal dept.
- Procurement special projects (e.g. processes improvement/ streaming, IT tools development, International projects steered by the HQ, etc.)
- interaction with the Global Sourcing Category Leads and peers from other OEs/ countries 

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

•    Master’s Degree in Business Administration/ Economics or Technical degree
•    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Power Point)
•    Ability to work independently as well as engage and interact with different stakeholders
•    Good team-working skills 
•    Good analytical and project management skills
•    Fluent in Italian and English
