We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Analyst with experience in supporting and coordinating projects. The candidate will be involved in the digital innovation initiatives of the Allianz Italia Claims Department and will have the opportunity to participate in local and international transformation projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse business needs and gather requirements to support project objectives
  • Translate business requirements into detailed project specifications and documentation
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and business teams within the Allianz group
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
  • Assist in identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path activities
  • Prepare and assist in delivering presentations for top management and stakeholders to communicate progress and outcomes
  • Track and manage project issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
  • Facilitate risk and issue review meetings with project stakeholders
  • Foster effective communication across international teams and stakeholders
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes
  • Ensure alignment and integration with global initiatives

 

Key Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration/Management engineering or equivalent background
  • Proven experience of at least 1-2 years in similar roles in international contexts
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Background in insurance and understanding of the specific priorities of the Claims business is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, self-organizing work
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken)
