We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Customer & Marketing area in the Customer Data & Innovation department. You will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing marketing automation platforms and processes. Your role is crucial in improving marketing campaign effectiveness and overall customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing automation strategies with business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Platform Management:
    • Administer and manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign, etc.) to execute targeted campaigns.
    • Configure and maintain marketing automation workflows, templates, and campaigns.
  1. Campaign Execution:
    • Design, build, and execute automated marketing campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive customer engagement.
    • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  1. Data Management:
    • Manage marketing databases, ensuring data quality, segmentation, and accurate tracking of customer interactions.
    • Implement data-driven strategies to enhance lead scoring and segmentation.
  1. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing automation campaigns.
    • Create and present regular reports that communicate key insights, trends, and performance metrics to internal stakeholders.
    • Develop visually appealing dashboards and reports to facilitate a better understanding of marketing performance.

 

  1. Training and Support:
    • Provide training and support to marketing teams on marketing automation best practices.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in marketing automation technology.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Adobe Campaign, etc.).
  • Experience in data visualization tools (Power BI).
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools (Adobe Target).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency English communication in both verbal and written forms.
  • Certification in relevant marketing automation platforms is a plus.
