Key Responsibilities

As part of the team based in Munich, this role will provide you with the opportunity to develop an understanding of marketing and communications within a global environment. The role will be suited to someone with a high standard of the company’s global language – English – German and French will be advantageous. Marketing & Communications is a culturally diverse team, and we work across four locations in Europe. The working student position is based in Munich, where we work in a modern office space with a full range of amenities.

Your role will provide exposure to a range of marketing and internal communications activities using both digital and traditional approaches. We need support in a broad range of activities, mainly administration linked to the marketing activities (such as budgets, presentations and reports), but also support in events, digital activities like mailings, the website and internal site ‘Connect’, updates to literature and support in internal surveys. There are a number of interesting projects that you may be involved in, like the adoption of our intranet, and internal socials and charity activities throughout the year.

Duration: min. 6 months

Work time: 20 hours/week 

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

• Studies in Communications, Sociology, Psychology or Economics
• Proactive, hands-on and creative problem-solving mindset
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Excellent in written and spoken English and German, with French or other European languages appreciated
• Team player with willingness to learn
• Ability to work proactively and under time pressure
• Good communication and presentation skills
