Working student (f/m/d) for CEO Office

Key Responsibilities
- Providing pro-active support for Personal Assistant to the CEO to manage workload and activities, and cover for her vacation
- Diary organization across multiple time-zones
- Complex travel arrangements including expense report claims for reimbursement
- Coordination and preparation of meetings, phone and video conferences including peripheral requirements
- SAP Invoice input and expense claim form processing
- General office duties
- Occasional Admin support for the Executive Assistant to the CEO, and the Personal Assistant to the Chief Risk Officer/Global Head of Sustainability
- Support in the organization of executive and global staff meetings, Real Estate Events, client dinners, and other events
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, rapidly changing business environment while meeting time-sensitive deadlines
- After getting into the routine, ability to work with minimal intervention from management, but with good judgment as to when to seek guidance, maintaining a high quality of work with attention to details
- Ability to take extra steps to prevent mistakes or create opportunities
- PC proficiency with advanced MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook skills
- Possess adaptability to work co-operatively and effectively within the CEO team and the organization
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters diplomatically and discreetly
- Excellent knowledge of English both written and spoken, ideally also in German and/or French
