Who will you be joining?

Allianz U drives skill and capability development across the Allianz Group in alignment with Allianz strategy and priorities and the needs of Allianz OEs. It unites Global learning, functional Ops & IT and Life & Health academies and the learning units for Allianz Germany and Allianz SE. 

The Senior Learning Manager SE Academy will be responsible end-to-end for upskilling programs for global functions (such as risk, audit and compliance) as well as learning and development solutions for Allianz SE starting from identification of learning needs, curation/ development, and implementation to steering of learning programs in line with strategic and operational learning needs and controlling their impact.

 

How can you make an impact?

You will:

• Steer global upskilling program for the Safeguarding Functions (Audit, Compliance, Risk Management) to reach upskilling targets. Ensure alignment with the Business Owners (Heads of respective Group Centres) and OEs. 
• Develop further global functional role and learning plans in close collaboration with Group Centres.
• Design, develop, and effectively steer of Allianz SE upskilling in line with identified learning needs. 
• Implement and steer global learning solutions within the Allianz SE.
• Promote and strengthen learning culture at Allianz SE.

What are you made of?

• Degree in a learning, education, psychology, HR, or business administration
• 5+ years of professional experience in global or regional role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
• Knowledge and experience with learning platforms (preferably Degreed and SuccessFactors LMS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong project management skills and successful track record of steering global projects within Allianz, exceptional execution capabilities in the context of complex global projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German; in particular story lining and business writing
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across all levels within an organization 
• Excellent digital and analytical skills; ability to quickly learn new digital solutions
• Knowledge of the latest learning strategies, adult learning principles, learning technologies and digital earning solutions
• Previous experience in business related functions (e.i. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus
