Who will you be joining?

The Group Tax Reporting and Accounting team at Allianz SE is responsible for:

• Managing tax reporting, both internally and externally, including the implementation and oversight of relevant IT tools.
• Resolving tax accounting matters under both IFRS and Solvency II standards.
• Establishing group-wide standards for both internal and external tax reporting, and providing enforcement and advisory services. 

How can you make an impact?

You will:

• Implement GloBE (Global minimum taxation) / OECD Pillar II at Allianz Group.
• Develop and implement  IT tools for tax reporting and tax compliance.
• Improve automation and standardization of tax reporting processes.
• Produce internal and external reports on the tax situation within Allianz Group's quarterly and annual financial statements under IFRS and Solvency II.
• Contribute to public tax transparency reporting as part of Allianz's sustainability reporting efforts.
• Establish IFRS and Solvency II tax accounting policies within Allianz Group and resolve associated tax accounting issues.
• Work with Allianz subsidiaries worldwide and other Group Centers on tax reporting and accounting matters.
• Engage in projects related to tax accounting and reporting issues.

What are you made of?

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4 years of professional experience, such as in a tax department of an international group or a Big4WP company.
• Proficiency in business fluent English.
• Completion of a degree in fields such as business administration or graduate finance economics.
• Previous experience in business related functions (i.e. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent proficiency in Excel and SAP/PaPM, with experience in IT tool development and data analysis.
• Experience in (IFRS) tax reporting.
• Familiarity with the implementation of GloBE (Global minimum taxation).
