Who will you be joining?

 
The H6 Office of Allianz SE operates in a fast paced international environment. It represents the interests of the Member of the Board in charge of H6 (i.e. Asia Pacific, M&A, People & Culture) and is responsible for supporting the day to day business operations and projects. This includes acting as communication interface to all internal/ external stakeholders (other Board Member offices, Group Centres etc.) and managing a wide range of tasks. In addition, key strategic projects and important initiatives in the H6 area of responsibility are supported by the H6 Office. How can you make an impact?
 

You will:

 

  • Prepare high quality content, presentations (including Board presentations) and communications for the AZSE H6 Board Member 
  • Support  the H6 Board Member in all operational and strategic tasks within the scope of responsibility
  • Build an interface between senior management and key stakeholders within the organization (Group Centres and other Board Offices, etc.)
  • Prepare and organize various internal and external senior management events
  • Manage ad-hoc requests and projects end-to-end
     

 

What are you made of?
 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent academic track record with relevant studies (diploma or master’s degree); University degree preferably in business administration, finance or law
  • Language skills: English (fluent) mandatory, German is a plus
  • Very strong Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) skills
  • Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years working experience
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, ability to connect different pieces of information to create a holistic view, legal expertise is desirable
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
  • Pro-active and independent working style with ability to deliver high-quality results, even under time pressure and handling many topics in parallel
  • Very strong communication skills and confidence in daily interaction with senior management 
  • Proven team-player skills and experience in an international environment
  • High level of reliability, dedication and commitment
