Job Purpose/Role

The primary purpose of this role as Executive Assistant (f/m/d) is to provide the Managing Directors and teams with
an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical service so that they can focus on strategic
issues and management activities. This role includes active liaison within all teams in ADH. We offer you insights into different
areas of our business and our strategy. You will get to know our products and support in the organization of various
appointments, the preparation of project documents and presentations.

Key Responsibilities


  • Meetings, and calendar management for the Managing Directors and teams
  • Calendar responsibility for appointments in a fast-changing environment
  • Managing daily administrative tasks and carrying out other special tasks as needed
  • Support on ad hoc projects and coordination with international Allianz and other stakeholders
  • Autonomously prepare professional content, presentations, and communications for top management on
  • current topics within the responsibility of the management board for internal and external purposes, in
  • direct alignment with the managing directors
  • Independent handling of correspondence

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience


  • Bachelor degree or similar vocational education in business administration, economics
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an executive/team assistant, preferably with international
  • exposure in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal in English and German)
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint and experience with Google Workspace
  • High service orientation, loyalty, stress resistance and discretion
  • Positive and solution-oriented hands-on working style with ability to deliver high-quality results, even
  • under time pressure
  • Excellent prioritization skills with an ability to filter information, effective use of own resources and
  • handling of competing priorities under tight deadlines
