Join the Operations & IT Academy as part of the Global Allianz University as Junior Learning Manager. In parallel you will do our two-year job integrated master's degree. 

 

You'll work alongside a diverse team of learning professionals dedicated to empowering our employees with the digital and data skills they need for today and the future. The Operations & IT Academy team is at the forefront of digital transformation, delivering impactful learning programs and initiatives worldwide.


 

How can you make an impact?

 

You will:

  • Contributing to the development and delivery of global upskilling programs.
  • Delivering run programs with internal or external subject matter experts.
  • Acting as a trainer in M365 and other digital collaboration tools.
  • Supporting senior e-learning designers in developing new e-learning materials, simulation and learning nuggets.
  • Managing the AllianzU learning platform and adapting or setting up new learning paths.
  • Overseeing communication tasks, including internal platforms and newsletters.
  • Assisting senior learning managers in preparing concepts, presentations, and delivering trainings.

 

 

What are you made of?

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong working knowledge of M 365 Suite and digital skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Sound analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking
  • Team player with good social, communication & presentation skills
  • High degree of commitment, enthusiasm, and pro-activeness

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education, human resources, or a related discipline
  • First proven experience in the fields of learning and development
  • Good understanding of learning and development principles and practices
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) 
  • Familiarity with adult learning theories and methodologies
  • Ability to assess training needs
