We are looking for you! We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Digital Solution Expert (f/m/d). The position is based in our Munich office.

 

Within this exciting role, you will support the Digital HR Solutions team in enhancing, digitalizing, automating and simplifying the existing HR IT system landscape towards a fully integrated environment. Furthermore, you will be responsible to move the existing reporting capabilities into advanced and predictive HR analytics, based on a modern self-service technology serving business requirements.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Innovate the digital capabilities in close alignment with the AllianzGI business requirements:

  • Actively contribute to continuously leverage, digitalize and automate the HR IT system landscape of AllianzGI globally and ensure deployment in alignment with IT
  • Take ownership and accountability for applications of the HR IT platform
  • Continuously identify areas for improvements and simplification potential fitting into agreed HRIT architecture and ensure effective and efficient day-to-day steering of external providers based on a solid understanding of the organizational needs
  • Coordinate improvements with the relevant technical teams and manage the specification, implementation, user acceptance testing and signoff
  • Provide end user support for high priority system issues
  • Prepare training material and easy-to-use manuals, regularly train and guide system users on respective HR IT applications incl. reporting features

 

Be an innovator in Reporting and People Analytics

  • Identify business needs, elaborate on opportunities and implement solutions to innovate in the area of (predictive) analytics
  • Build scalable predictive models, tools and infrastructure to allow a more complex HR data analysis regarding on AllianzGI workforce (predictive skill planning, hire employees, retention in a hybrid environment, ...)
  • Further develop the existing HR reporting landscape and translate business requirements into standardized and individual solutions

 

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

 

  • Academic degree in Business Administration, HR, IT or related field of study
  • Ideally 7+ years of professional experience, including preferably at least 5+ years in a global HR environment and experience with global HR IT systems)
  • Exceptional skills to manage complex and large datasets with the ability to transform and manipulate data into desired results
  • Sound experience with HR IT systems such as SAP HCM, SAP SF or similar
  • Strong computer skills in order to operate various department systems – Ideally knowledge of advanced Microsoft Excel and/ or Access ideally including VBA, Python, SQL or similar data manipulation tools
  • Proved experience with new technologies such as robotic process automation, machine learning and advanced analytical/ predictive methods
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Ability to work independently with the capacity to identify areas for improvement based on market trends and standard methodologies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to facilitate complex topics towards the business
  • Experience with the management of external providers, including the writing of specifications, testing, sign-off as well as budget control
  • Ideally experience in dashboard design for top management and/ or tools like LUMIRA, SPOTFIRE, QLIK or Tableau
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team with the ambition to create a positive work relationship with colleagues in HR Consultancy and Product House
  • Proficiency in German and English
