We are looking for you! We are currently hiring several forward-thinking and results-oriented CRM Specialists (f/m/d) for our Distribution Management / Global CRM team. The successful candidates will work on data capture and the delivery of data solutions and client/ sales analyses. Depending on the seniority level of the candidates, the scope of the roles will be adapted. The roles can be filled either in Frankfurt or in Munich.


The successful candidates will engage in both technical and business-oriented conversations and partner with key stakeholders. The goal will be to optimize the CRM system, develop use cases and provide an informed set of information and actionable insights for constructive business discussion/opportunities. It is also key for the candidate to have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as a key aspect of this role is engaging with stakeholders about sales/business processes, analytics needs and proactively coming up with insights and solutions for improving sales effectiveness.


The CRM Specialists are key members of Distribution Management’s Global CRM team and they will work in partnership with distribution, business management, Marketing, IT, and other internal stakeholders. 


Role & Responsibilities 


  • Continuously explore opportunities to improve the CRM system and enhance the end-user experience; proactively gather feedback and requirements from users; manage support cases
  • Monitor and improve data quality in Salesforce
  • Proactively identify opportunities to generate insights and solutions that meet the analytic needs of global stakeholders
  • Develop understanding of relevant distribution tools (e.g., Salesforce) as well as emerging technologies and techniques around distribution analytics
  • Assist with ongoing development of Data Access Layer (DAL) and onboarding of relevant data sets for Distribution; transform, validate, and model data with the purpose of understanding and drawing conclusions
  • Help create reports using MS Power BI toolset that go beyond presenting the numbers but also deliver meaningful analytics and insights
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned


Experience / Qualifications anSkill


  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and ideally at least a first 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of finance industry or experience with an asset manager a plus, as is familiarity with the general concepts of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a clear plus 
  • Strong interest and awareness of Big Data technologies and their applications
  • Familiarity/hands-on experience with SQL coding and database architectures, Python, or other object-oriented programming language
  • Proficiency with MS Power BI or other BI tools a plus
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity/hands-on experience with performance optimization and visualizations built on large data sets a plus
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Client-oriented with well-honed communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Native/ fluent English
