As part of an expert and project team with a highly diversified range of topics in the asset and investment management environment your mission is to develop and enhance the IDS client solutions. As Business Analyst (m/f/d) you are responsible for data analysis, process optimization and the design of diverse investment management and reporting solutions with a focus on derivative instruments. You act as interface between business and IT and advise on solution design. Your work will also involve collaboration across departments to support and act as a consultant to your colleagues on questions concerning data requirements.

  • Subject matter expert for the solution design of divers business topics (e.g. ECL IFRS9 or Investment Management)
  • Transposing business requirements to technical solutions
  • Modification and improvement of process and services
  • Key member in various internal and external projects
  • Interface between clients, project members and end users
  • Planning, coordination and monitoring of client changes
  • Troubleshooting and 3rd level support




  • University degree preferably in economics, business administration, business information technology, mathematics, physics and/or an equivalent experience in finance
  • Capital market, finance and/or investment management knowledge
  • First professional experience in relevant field (e.g. finance, data modelling, consulting)
  • Experience with SQL databases
  • Knowhow concerning Investment Management is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with an agile mindset
  • Proactive and solution-oriented; „can do“ attitude; pioneering spirit; team player
  • Fluent in English and in German
