Job purpose
The position of a banking contract manager is focused on the operational contract maintenance and adoption regarding all contracted banks for the AIM SE Cash Management department. You will be member of the AIM Provider Management and Protection&Resilience team within the  Investment Processes and Digital Transformation department. The role covers a broad range of AIM and external interfaces (e.g. AIM Cash Management, AIM Governance team, various banks, Allianz Group Legal & Compliance). 


Key responsibilities

  • Contract management towards banks including negotiation & administration which contains:
    • bank account opening forms, 
    • connectivity contract to/ from banks (e.g. E-Bics contracts, Swift Score contract), 
    • bank Terms & Conditions 
  • Service Level Agreement definition and review (including. definition of KPI), 
  • Provider Segmentation and Vendor Integrity Screening : 
    • regular review of the banks towards Allianz Compliance criteria. 


Key requirements

  • Academic background (university degree in business administration, economics or mathematics) with focus on finance / investments
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience
  • Familiar with legal terms and conditions in bank contracts (“para-legal”)
  • Knowledge about bank industry
  • Proven track record in managing complex interfaces and multiple stakeholder interests
  • Very high collaboration attitude, customer and team orientation   
  • Personal drive and “getting things done” mentality
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills in German and English (spoken and written)
