Job Purpose/Role

The People Product House within Group HR is responsible for developing and implementing strategies, policies and (digital) products for all our employees globally. The Group Talent Acquisition team takes care of all global digital Employer Branding, Recruiting and Onboarding processes and products. Our job is to market Allianz as the employer of choice for top talent, and ensure a remarkable candidate experience along any candidate’s way to Allianz Group.

 

In this position, you will create engaging communication and marketing formats and publish stories around Allianz as an employer of choice on our globally managed digital channels and platforms. Besides being part of Allianz’ Global People Attraction team you will work virtually together with colleagues from other Allianz entities around the globe.

 

Key Responsibilities

You will work on:

  • Content creation for our external communication channels on Social Media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and our global careers website. This includes writing posts and texts, developing graphics, selecting and editing pictures as well as producing videos
  • Maintenance and development of our global careers website careers.allianz.com by working with its content management system
  • Close collaboration with colleagues from all over the world to review content and support the technical implementation of the content on the webpage(s)
  • Design and creation of reports to analyze the performance of the digital communication channels (e.g. track visitor numbers, post reach and click rates, e.g. via Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SuccessFactors Analytics)
  • Support of various global initiatives such as the internal and external roll-out of Allianz Group’s new Employer Value Proposition as well as developing new digital marketing strategies
  • Community communication: Creation of newsletters and intranet pages for the global Talent Acquisition community

 

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

Qualifications:

  • Student of Media and Communications sciences, (Digital) Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or related subjects
  • Enrolled at university for the entire period of employment
  • Fluent in English and other languages are beneficial

 

Experience & Key Skills:

  • Experience in writing and editing texts, articles and social media postings
  • Knowledge of content management systems is beneficial (e.g. WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager or similar systems)
  • Knowledge of website analytic tools is a plus (e.g. via Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SuccessFactors Analytics)
  • Very good writing skills in English
  • Very good skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Quick grasp and independent working
  • Digital thinking & fun in trying new things

 

Additional Information
