Job Purpose/Role

The objectives and activities of Group Strategy, Marketing, Distribution are directed towards shaping the Group strategy, rebalancing the portfolio and transforming Marketing and Sales to accelerate profitable growth. You will be part of the Economics Team for Marketing and Sales Transformation that drives best-in-class methods (Modelling and Testing), data-driven decision making and new ways of working in close Teamwork with the local markets.

For our Team, we seek a talented and ambitious person (m/f/x). You will be working with an interdisciplinary team that is utilizing best-in-class methods to support markets solving business questions. With your operational experience and structural thinking, and with your empathetic way, you will drive change. The essential skills for this role are goal-oriented management of complex topics and processes and the ability to translate complex data into an easy-to-understand way.

 

What you do

  • Manage jointly in a Team the development of key initiatives to accelerate profitable growth in Marketing and Sales and drive/ensure successful end-to-end implementation (e.g. methods) in markets including best practice sharing
  • Create the framework and systematic roll-out for initiatives, and drive progress
  • Coordinate activities and ensure project management/progress, and keep track on all key figures and transport them into excellent reports
  • Identify and define relevant subject areas and new approaches
  • Support in building the right infrastructure for scalability  

 

 

What you bring

Education

  • University degree, preferably in Economics or Marketing 
  • Fluent in English
  • MS Office, excellent in PPT and Excel

 

Experience/Technical/Functional Skills:

  • 2-3 years strategic and operational experience in top-tier consultancy
  • Passion for data, diverse people and transformation
  • Strong project management skills, including project scoping, brief development, and project team leadership to drive tangible results
  • Experienced working with classical and agile project management methodologies
  • Pro-active and independent working style by taking ownership with a can-do attitude with the ability to deliver high-quality results under time pressure
  • Sharp conceptual, systematic, logical thinking
  • Intellectual curiosity with strong creative skills linked to pragmatic solutions
  • Very strong Teamplayer with learning mindset and experienced in convincing senior executives across departments
  • High energy level and positive drive for results; see more chances than problems
