We are looking for a Finance Administrator & Team Assistant (f/m/d) to join our international team of  talented people who enjoy sharing their knowledge and experiences, having increased personal responsibilities and working under a flat management hierarchy. This interdisciplinary role requires the ability to juggle competing responsibilities: These include a mix of financial administration and support tasks, calendar management, coordinating meetings and prioritizing across multiple leaders. 


Financial Administration: 

  • Manage all accounts receivable/payable and payment processes

  • Keep records of invoices and tax payments as well as tracking and ensuring cash flows

  • Coordinate and ensure the correctness of quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB, IFRS 

  • Ensure consistent data quality and efficient quarter closings as basis for internal and external reporting

  • Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies

  • Support our controller in report creation on financial metrics, including investments, return on assets and growth rates


Team Assistance: 

  • Manage calendars for the managing directors

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and handle of correspondence independently

  • Support to prepare presentations and various meetings

  • Support the senior leadership team with general administrative and organizational tasks

  • Take over office management related tasks as needed



  • Bachelor degree in business administration (with a focus on finance), successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification 

  • At east two years of relevant working experience in an administration or assistant role

  • High degree of self-organisation and strong hands-on mentality 

  • Strong administrative and time management skills, flexible and team oriented attitude

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience of working with Google Workspace and SAP is a plus

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
