Department description / job purpose / role:

 

The Allianz CEE regional office is responsible for  strategic development, planning and leadership of Allianz Operating Entities (OEs) in the Central and Eastern Europe. You would be working with the regional HR team, which works closely together with the regional leadership team, Group HR, and the individual local CEE HR teams to ensure a diverse, highly skilled, and productive workforce capable of successfully implementing the new business strategy. This covers all tasks related to talent management, learning, engagement, mobility, reward & performance, and diversity & inclusion. Given the sensitive personal data you will be dealing with, e.g. compensation and contracts, you are required to keep all information confidentiality.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Prepare regional conferences / calls / presentations 
  • Assist reward & performance management processes such as the annual compensation and performance review     
  • Conduct analyses of annual Allianz Engagement Survey results
  • Support the regional Talent Review       
  • Contribute to roll out of regional High Potential Mobility Program 
  • Support regional Learning, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives                                                                                                              
  • Cooperate with different departments and international project teams                                    
  • Quality assurance and revision of various project deliverables
  • Support the HR Transformation Project

 

Qualification
(education, trainings, certificates, special IT skills - e.g coding languages + specific software skills, language skills, etc.):

 

  • You are currently working to a Bachelor or Master degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent 
  • Prior working experiences through internships would be a plus
  • Exceptional user skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point                                                          
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (16-20 hours / week) / Non-Permanent
