We are looking for you! We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Paralegal Asset Management (f/m/d) with above-average qualifications and relevant professional international experience to join our Legal, Compliance & Risk team. The position is based in our Frankfurt office.

 

The team advises the management and all internal functions on Legal, Compliance and Risk matters with a focus on European jurisdictions. As a member of an international team with colleagues in London, Paris, Milan and Frankfurt am Main, you will be working alongside attorneys as well as compliance and risk officers covering a broad range of issues.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Your job will be of an interdisciplinary nature and you will support the Legal, Compliance and Risk function on all European matters relating to asset management. This will include, in particular:

  • Assist with managing, filing, proofreading, and drafting documents and information related to investment funds and segregated accounts
  • Support with regulatory or commercial register filings
  • Conduct legal and factual research
  • Monitor and support projects and transactions
  • Perform administrative-legal responsibilities

 

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

 

We are looking for a colleague who brings the following skills and experience:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and German
  • Excellent MS office skills, especially Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task while paying close attention to detail and adhering to deadlines
  • Keen to learn and expand area of responsibility
  • Ideally 5 years + professional experience in a law firm or legal environment
  • Project management & Project reporting experience
  • Ability to work effectively under time pressure and to deliver high quality work in an environment with changing expectations
  • Very good planning and organizational skills
  • Teamplayer with a strong can-do attitude and a highly service oriented personality
