We are looking for you! We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Change & Delivery Manager - Finance Operations (f/m/d) to support the Change & Applications Finance team. The position is based in our Frankfurt office.


Within this exciting role you will be responsible for the technical enablement of the companies’ strategic suppliers in our SAP Ariba platform. You will further support the operation and further develop the SAP Concur tool for travel management & expense reimbursement. In this role you will be supported by our IT outsourcing partners, who are implementing changes under your guidance. Additionally,  you will support the team in handling strategic and day-to-day governance topics regarding Enterprise Architecture, Data Governance, IT Service Management related to the Global Finance function and related tools and processes. The team is furthermore responsible for supervising the performance of external service partners with the main focus on IT Outsourcing.


Key responsibilities

  • Act as go to person for the S2P supplier enablement and technical onboarding in SAP Ariba and the Ariba Network incl. technical support for suppliers as well as for the technical supplier catalogue onboarding into SAP Ariba
  • Design and maintain the supplier knowledge portal
  • Support the 3rd level operations of SAP Concur for travel management & expense reimbursement
  • Support the preparation of changes in existing systems (mainly for SAP Ariba & SAP Concur) based on business demand, technology upgrades and regulatory requirements
  • Build profound knowledge on end-to-end processes and system landscape for Finance (including Procurement) with the ability to operate any kind of related tools in close collaboration with external partners
  • Work or lead global projects w.r.t. tool implementations and process optimizations
  • Independent analysis of potential improvements and coordination of respective solutions
  • Provision of service support to the entire AllianzGI organization w.r.t. Finance & Controlling and Procurement tools and processes
  • Educate/train Finance colleagues on data, processes and ITSM related topics


Key requirements/skills/experience

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT, Engineering or related field of study
  • Ideally at least 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of SAP Ariba modules and S2P processes as well as SAP transactional data and interfaces; knowledge in SAP Concur, SAP ECC would be advantageous
  • Good knowledge in SAP Ariba master data, skills in Commodity Codes and tax related master data is a plus
  • Excellent data analytical and data governance skills
  • High level of autonomy and proactivity and the capability to understand technology and simplify sophisticated processes
  • Strong analytical and partner management skills to resolve critical issues
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Transversal mentality, ability and experience of working in a global business services environment (i.e. across processes, geographies, languages, cultures, business maturity levels)
  • Proficiency in English, additional German language skills would be advantageous
  • Consulting experience is a plus
