Together with your coaches, we map out a route that allows you to discover the entire company in 2 years. You can immediately create something and continue to grow:

• Discover together: We take you on a 2-year journey. A path where you will have to step out of your comfort zone but will be able to learn a lot. You get the chance to discover where your strengths are. A true journey of discovery.
• Create: whether it's about data analysis, a risk assessment or an improvement for the customer, we jump in from day 1 and make sure you create impact.
• Growth : as an innovator in the insurance world, we also have strong mentors ready to lay a good foundation with this traineeship and to build a solid collaboration with your future colleagues. Your first steps within our international environment will set you up for an incredibly exciting and versatile career.
• This is a function at Benelux level and you will therefore also be working internationally. This traineeship ensures that your (international) career is launched!

OUR PROGRAM

It is a 2 year program to start in September 2024.

In those 2 years you will see 4 different departments through rotation. There are 4 different tracks you can follow, namely Finance, Life & Health, P&C or Strategy & Transformation.

The choice is yours! You will receive more information about this during the first meeting.

HOW DO YOU FIT INTO THE PICTURE?

• You have a master's degree with a quantitative background: statistics, econometrics, mathematics, actuarial sciences, or a background in business administration, economics with a digital focus.
• Have you obtained an additional master's degree? Great, we certainly think that's an added value.
• You are strongly focused on details and work very accurately
• You have a critical mind, your friends describe you as an analytical person
• Can you already do some programming? Then that is also a plus (SAS, Python, etc.)
• You are a team player, customer-oriented, flexible, creative and enterprising - drive and passion characterize you well.
• If you already have a first experience, this is also a plus
• You communicate easily and speak fluent English. Very good knowledge of Dutch and/or French is strongly recommended.

A LOOK AT YOUR JOURNEY

• Step 1: your application
• Step 2: a telephone screening to carefully review your application
• Step 3: an online test to see if we are the ideal match
• Step 4: a business case where we take you completely out of your comfort zone with regard to a certain issue
• Step 5: HR & business interviews. We will briefly discuss with you what the results of the previous steps were and what the future will look like.
• Step 6: your pen can be taken out now, the offer can be signed
