As Head of Reward & Performance, you will manage 2 R&P Experts located in Brussels and Rotterdam. You will report to the Chief People & Communication Officer and be part of the HR Leadership Team. We are looking for someone who will lead, create and advise us on our Benelux Reward & Performance strategy, offering a clear vision and concrete actions. We have a group-wide HR vision that we continuously need to harmonize to local procedures, policies and processes.

You have a solid and relevant background in Reward & Performance within an international environment? Check! A first experience in a people management role? Check! You are fluent in English with good knowledge of French and/or Dutch? Check! Working experience in a Benelux organization is a big plus! Good Legal and Tax knowledge related to Human Resources topics? Check! You are proficient with Excel and have experience with HRIS systems? Check! You have strong communication and analytical skills? Check! You are certified with an analytical grading methodology? Check! You easily build relationships of trust, can listen to the needs of the business and translate them into concrete actions and useful solutions? Check! Last but not least, teamwork makes the dream work? Check! Double Check! 

 

We count on you for the following tasks:

 

  • Ensure the implementation and roll out of different Reward and Performance management policies within Allianz Benelux.
  • Harmonize the group-wide HR vision to local procedures, policies and processes.
  • Implementation/roll-out of different Reward and Performance Management practices and ensure their daily correct running (remuneration policy, car policy, fringe benefits offer, incentive schemes, job mapping and grading, pay bands, global mobility policy and international assignments, annual performance management cycle, annual compensation cycle, yearly benchmarking, etc.).
  • Bring internal expertise and be the contact person with regards to wages and employment conditions.
  • Participation and/or leading a diverse range of C&B, Performance meetings as well Committees (grading committee, compensation committee etc.)
