Key responsibilities / What you do

  • Provide professional consulting service for our clients within Allianz Group across the globe
  • Convince our clients with experience and best practice in Process Mining across business sectors and along the insurance value chain, confidently presenting statuses and solutions to management stakeholders based on date driven processes
  • Design and present use cases and POCs for Process Mining, drive end-to-end implementation of process mining technology across teams and regions
  • Collaborate with process owners and technical teams within Allianz entities to understand their goals and requirements to translate them into Process Mining solutions
  • Plan, schedule and manage project timelines and activities to ensure delivery in time and quality
  • Extract and transform customer data, build data models, design process and customer-specific dashboards, analysis, and reports
  • Contribute to sales pitches as well as internal development for the Process Mining service offering


Key requirements/ What you bring

  • Excellent Master’s degree in computer science, business informatics, business engineering, or a comparable course of study
  • 5-10 years of professional experience with at least 3-5 years in process mining consulting
  • Practical experience and certification in Process Mining, e.g. Celonis Academy
  • Passion and experience in business & IT transformation management, data driven process analysis and optimization or business process automation
  • Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, conceptual frameworks and implementation experience
  • Advanced skills in MS Office 365, SQL, Celonis or UiPath, experienced data analytics with R, Python, Power BI & MS Analytics
  • Excellence in presentation and communication
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Insurance business experience is not required, the expectation is that missing experience will be caught up fast during employment
