Together with the Global People Analytics team members in Germany, India and Romania, you will be responsible for the consistent implementation and application of Allianz Technology’s global people data strategy and governance thereof. You will work closely with both global People Product Houses and local colleagues to ensure data quality standards are upheld, as well as ensuring third-party administrators or service providers can and do adhere to these standards.  You will play a key role in the realization of the People Function’s target operating model, in the bringing together of user requirements in end-2-end data-, process-, and system-design, ensuring consistency and scalability of implementation, and necessary user trainings for immediate adoption. You will collaborate with local and global teams across Allianz Technology to ensure the required data quality to enable efficient and effective reporting and analysis of workforce developments. It is important for you to get to know Allianz Technology as a company and its strategic priorities to support the implementation and further development of the People Data Strategy and Governance Framework as well as the People target operating model. You will have the opportunity to contribute to Allianz Group initiatives and other projects with your expertise. You will closely collaborate with Allianz Technology People function Product Owners (Centers of Expertise) and Business Partners, as well as IT functions, service providers and the Allianz Group’s global People & Culture function.

 

You will

  • Oversee data quality in the data flow across global systems and processes following the employee lifecycle in the transition to the target operating model
  • Develop & document data maintenance standards in accordance with the People Data Strategy & Governance Framework
  • Manage adherence to data quality standards in our global HR Master Platform SuccessFactors with various data administrators
  • Work with the People Data Analysts to create transparency on overall people data quality and trends; closely work with stakeholders, and especially the Data Analysts and People Operations teams, to identify and implement changes to the system and/ or process landscape to support data maintenance and quality

 

Your skills

 

a) Qualification, Certification and Experiences (education, passed PE, trainings, certificates, special IT skills, languages etc.)

  • Excellent university degree/ tertiary qualification in relevant field
  • 10+ years (corporate) business experience
  • Experience in an international working environment and teams
  • Solid understanding of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English; other languages a plus
  • Experience in HR Transformation
  • Expertise in controlling activities, experience with people/ workforce data is an advantage
  • Methodological & conceptual skills, process engineering
  • Analytical thinking & problem solving
  • Advanced user of MS Office suite of applications
  • Comfortable with compiling, interpreting and reporting on information on a wide range of topics

  • Able to work independently as well as engaging with various stakeholders in virtual teams across various continents and cultures;
  • Good self-organization, prioritization, time management and communication (written and verbal) skills;
  • Able to work to deadlines whilst maintaining quality levels in reporting;
  • Good assertiveness, critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Customer-service oriented with hands-on mentality;
  • Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and comfortable with new information;
  • Good understanding of process maps/ system configuration documentation, to also be able identify missing data/ information from internal customers required to perform processes/ actions;
  • Able to manage and understand complex HR-related data and processes.
