The Allianz Technology Risk Management department supports the Chief Risk Officer of Allianz Technology Group to oversee the risk situation in entities worldwide. Our team guides the business units to proactively manage their operational risks through control activities and to provide for the effectiveness of key controls. Further we ensure that projects, strategic business objectives and the risk appetite are achieved and Allianz Technology’s ability to conduct business is safeguarded.

You will

• Assist the Risk Management team in Barcelona with various activities related to risk management.
• Support with the design and maintenance of our intranet by helping with the migration, organization of documents and the development of new information and articles to be included.
• Collaborate with our team with presentation slides, (e.g., Risk awareness campaigns, Executive Committees, Reporting, internal trainings, customer workshops, etc.)
• Support our team with status follow-up of different processes.

Your skills

• You are at an advanced stage or in the last year of your studies (Bachelor/Master degree) in a study area such as Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Information Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for effective content and tasks management.
• Knowledge in cloud storage solutions (e.g. Onedrive, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc) and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
• You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 6 months part time
