As a Controlling and PMO expert, you will oversee financial management, portfolio management, and business operations.

What will make you succeed in this position?

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in technology-driven environment with focus on financial and project management tasks. 

  • Experienced in working in a global international culture. 

  • Collaborative mindset and capable of working across teams and organizations. 

  • Knowhow of controlling process and tools (SAP). 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders of various backgrounds in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. 

  • Experience handling contracts (both internal agreement and external service providers). 

  • Exposure to GDPR regulation preferred.  

  • University degree in Economics or Business Administration.  

  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken) are mandatory and additional language skills are welcome. 

  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. 

 

Your mission in the role will be:

  • Contribute to financial management activities, including planning, controlling, and financial modeling. 

  • Oversee the charges and act as the subject matter expert for finance-related topics. 

  • Collaborate on annual planning cycles and collect data analytics assets. 

  • Prepare documentation for monthly project portfolio reviews. 

  • Act as a business operations manager, supporting and guiding teams. 

  • Approve contracts with providers, conduct data privacy assessment reviews, and shape contracting frameworks with OEs. 

  • Support teams in handling commercial activities with both internal and external parties. 

  • Enable and support teams to utilize resources effectively to deliver projects and services in line with expectations.
