Group Data Analytics is a division of Allianz SE within the H10 resort. Group Data Analytics (GDA) is a department in Allianz’s global headquarters. We are responsible for shaping Allianz’s strategic agenda for Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI), and executing Data Analytics and AI solutions at scale, across the entire Allianz Group. We work closely with our colleagues driving the new global business model (Allianz Customer Model), to scale the impact of analytics and AI in Claims, Sales, and Operations. We co-develop reusable assets with OEs across the world and make data fit for purpose. The COE connects data science teams from Allianz organizations across the world. You will by working together with our data scientists, solution engineers and business owners to transform Allianz into a data-driven company. It is an opportunity to apply your formerly acquired skills, while broadening horizons in the world of data and analytics and to learn first-hand how AI, machine learning, image recognition and other related techniques can be applied to improve and transform insurance. ##Translate global data analytics F41transformation strategies into community related initiatives and internal communication campaigns. ~crlf~##Develop and grow the Allianz Data Science Community as a global expert community.~crlf~##Devise and implement community communication initiatives including a content plan, concepts for collaboration and a plan for stakeholder involvement.~crlf~##Engage with the community and respond to comments and requests and funnel them to relevant contact persons in the organization.~crlf~##Collect, structure and relay community feedback and B42metrics (e.g. repeated attendance at events, clicks and likes on articles, qualitative feedback after events) to relevant internal stakeholders.~crlf~##Organize regular data science talks (company-wide or within the team).~crlf~##Design, prepare and coordinate community workshops and training sessions.~crlf~##Curate and send out a regular newsletter highlighting relevant company projects and developments in the field of data science and AI.~crlf~##Create engaging content for our intranet, provide editorial preparation of blog posts, articles and newsletters.~crlf~

Qualification:~crlf~##Master’s degree in business administration, communications, organizational development, journalism, marketing or related.~crlf~##A minor in an IT related subject is a plus.~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key Skills:~crlf~Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer oriented attitude and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.- 3-5 years’ experience in managing a community:~crlf~##Experience in launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter).~crlf~##Experience in dealing with senior business stakeholders and experts.~crlf~##Experience in moderating discussions and presentations.~crlf~##Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.~crlf~##Persistent, attention to detail and quick on your feet.~crlf~
