The department Organizational Management is in charge of driving global IT projects across all lines of business of Allianz Partners. They act as the main interface between Business Units globally and Allianz Technology, dedicated to provide IT standard services. ~crlf~ ~crlf~Based in the headquarters of Paris and Munich, the team is responsible for prioritization of back-office investments and fostering harmonization of processes, through the implementation of the group target platforms. In this perspective, the team needs to ensure a certain balance between simplifications / standardization of tools and processes and specific business needs in order to contribute to answer current corporate challenges: IT cost efficiency, innovation, optimization of time to market, etc.~crlf~ ~crlf~The Decommissioning Senior Project Manager orchestrates all activities related to steer decommissioning target in close relation with AzT as well as BU & Global OM Project Manager. He will support and define when needed the methodology to reach Decommissioning milestones while supporting target Landscape, overall planning and steps to reach the technical decommission of applications, components and interfaces. He will represent Decommissioning activities for Global OM and will interact with all ACM Stakeholders as well as CxO on BU level.

As Decommissioning Senior Project Manager, you are in charge of the following responsibilities:~crlf~ ~crlf~1/Support overall Decommissioning planning and scope:~crlf~##Support defining the target scope of applications be decommissioned with IT Architecture, Country Managers in close relation with BU and Lob, ~crlf~##Report on the scope of applications already decommissioned, and to be decommissioned as well as to insure that each target has clear ownership and planning in order to reach the target Decommission date ~crlf~##Drive with Central and Local Stakeholder the remaining application analysis in order to increase the scope of application to be decommissioned and harvest for continuous savings improvement, ~crlf~##Accountable of the Decommissioning saving defined on early basis as all as define action in order to increase the saving as well as mitigate any ACM Delay in regard of Delivery and ramp-up NOT CLEAR ~crlf~ ~crlf~2/Pilot Projects while collaborating with internal and external stakeholder:~crlf~##Act as Project Manager while insuring Decommission reporting on the overall scope in terms of Savings, Planning and Scope ~crlf~##Support Local and Central Stakeholders to reach the Decommission targets by involving them into the Decommission activities and by clearly communicating on their ownership, responsibility and accountability roles ~crlf~ ~crlf~3/Contribute to OM organization, structure and strategy:~crlf~##Manage cross-divisional relationships across reporting lines : LoBs, Country managers, BU, Decommissioning Aztech Team, other departments~crlf~##Facilitate and document lessons learned and suggest improvements throughout the organization and Processes ~crlf~##Define the Decommission methodology together with AzT&AzP stakeholders in order to insure a smooth organization with the current ACM Governance and the Agile methodology way of working~crlf~##Participate to the life of the team: department initiatives (AES follow-up, etc.), new joiners onboarding, etc.~crlf~

##8-15 year-experience on project management ~crlf~##Strong expertise of Program Management within IT & Business department ~crlf~##Work experience in Agile environment ~crlf~##PMP Certification is a plus~crlf~##Fluent in English~crlf~##Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functions ~crlf~##Values diversity & comfortable in complex multicultural environments~crlf~##Willingness to travel abroad for short period on request~crlf~
