We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Head of IT End User Support (f/m/d). This position is based in our office in Frankfurt.~crlf~~crlf~The role requires strong communication and teamwork skills as there must be proactive engagement with IT and business groups across US, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions, ensuring Global alignment of process and thinking. This group will be responsible for monitoring and oversight of all IT Support services delivered to our business groups across the globe. The successful candidate will have experience with managing support teams within similar environments and have a proven track record of improving IT services and delivery. She/he will take ownership in a fast-paced changing environment. She/he will contribute to the efficiency, productivity, and success of AllianzGI.
##Managing, developing and supporting members of the IT End User Support team~crlf~##Ensure high quality service delivery for IT Support services~crlf~##Oversee services delivered by AllianzGI’s IT Support service partner HCL, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met~crlf~##Active management of staff, including objectives setting, reviews and hiring of new staff~crlf~##Building and maintaining core partner relationships on a global level~crlf~##Contributing to the overall leadership of technology as part of the senior management team~crlf~##Oversee development, improvement, and documentation of ITIL processes and controls to ensure quality is maintained and meets system and support objectives~crlf~##Controlling risks, costs, budgeting and approving purchase orders and invoices~crlf~##Champion and promote an IT service culture~crlf~##Ensure in-scope global standards and controls are in place and enforced~crlf~##Drive service improvements which support high satisfaction of end user IT support services~crlf~##Coordinate cross training of tools and processes with other regional teams~crlf~##Work closely with any/all IT groups in resolving any production disruptions, proactively connect with IT and Business customers on issues, incidents, resolution and timelines~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~
##Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience~crlf~##Computer Science/Math/Science/Engineering background a plus~crlf~##Preferably several years of working experience in IT support environment, ideally in the context of presenting global services~crlf~##A proven track record of improving IT support services and delivery~crlf~##Practical experience with customer service and senior partner management~crlf~##Experience with customer satisfaction monitoring and improvement frameworks~crlf~##Experience with IT Service Management tools, ServiceNow experience is helpful ~crlf~##Outstanding knowledge of IT monitoring tools~crlf~##ITIL Certification preferred~crlf~##A good understanding of IT workplace and infrastructure technologies~crlf~##Proficient in English. Basic competency in German, French, Mandarin a plus~crlf~##International, culturally sensitive attitude~crlf~##Experience within the Finance/Investment industry~crlf~##Strong leadership skills and effective communication skills~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~
