Transitions & Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d)
##Support in the implementation of end-to-end near-shoring and off-shoring opportunities as identified by Global Business Operations (GBO) – Transition and Service Delivery team ~crlf~##Managing end to end delivery of the agreed Transition within AGCS by adhering to GBO Transition framework and ensuring proper handover of the process from early feasibility stage through into the Business As Usual (BAU) stage~crlf~##Ensure delivery of business processes from GBO offshore/nearshore teams according to service levels as agreed with the business partners, including service recovery and escalation management.~crlf~##Continuously drive productivity gains / process automations across offshore/nearshore teams by conducting review and analysis of existing GBO processes, identifying areas of improvement and optimization.~crlf~##Support in GBO team's overall projects and global initiatives ~crlf~##Be the onshore local point of contact for all relevant AGCS Business Partners with primary responsibility of managing the relationship
-Transition Management:~crlf~##Implement end to end nearshoring and offshoring opportunities by taking the identified opportunities through the transition lifecycle covering People, Process, and Technology dimensions and managing the Transitions in the capacity of a project manager~crlf~##Monitor the centralized processes to ensure required SLA performance and drive further process improvements~crlf~ ~crlf~-Operations Management:~crlf~##Indirectly managing and supervising GBO offshore/nearshore global delivery centers (India, China, Bucharest, Mauritius etc.) as required in the context of project delivery and/or process change implementation and/or managing data quality. ~crlf~##Manage the expectation Manage the expectations of Operations staff and accompany them through the project and ensure quality in each step~crlf~##Ensure proper implementation of SLA requirements and enable proper set##up of KPI reporting in close alignment and collaboration with internal AGCS customer, offshoring /nearshoring unit and colleagues from the GBO unit~crlf~ ~crlf~-Communication:~crlf~##Be the champions for governance in your local country and elsewhere as agreed. Work with Operations colleagues to determine global and local communication requirements and develop communication and training materials as needed~crlf~##Ensure, proactive, timely, complete and correct communication to all stakeholders both during & post BAU stages of the transition framework in the onshore/nearshore units~crlf~ ~crlf~-People:~crlf~##Actively participate and drive the development of offshore teams within GBO Unit and within our offshored/nearshored services, providing feedback and coaching.~crlf~##Work closely with offshore/nearshore Team Leads and Managers to ensure people development and career progression as per the offshore/nearshore unit's HR Policies and Frameworks~crlf~
-Relevant experience~crlf~##Experience in having led and managed end to end offshoring / outsourcing transitions, preferably within the AZ Group~crlf~##Managed end-to-end, mid to complex projects with evidence of handling multiple stakeholders, leveraging change management techniques, and proven process optimizations~crlf~##Opex Blue Belt and or Six Sigma Green Belt certification (minimum required) with evidence of driving process optimizations leveraging the tools of Six Sigma / OPEX~crlf~##Project management skills and proven experience of the same in driving process centralizations using defined transition methodologies ~crlf~##Experience of working internationally (cross culture experience), basic knowledge of other OE processes, involvement in international working groups or committees~crlf~##Knowledge of Agile principles/tools and its working experience will be an added advantage~crlf~ ~crlf~-Education / Certification~crlf~##University degree (preferably in business administration, economics, finance, mathematics) or equivalent insurance specific qualification~crlf~##Six Sigma and or Opex certification~crlf~ ~crlf~-Technical Skills~crlf~##In-depth knowledge of Transition methodology, Process Lifecycles, Process Optimization & Change Management~crlf~##In-depth knowledge of Process Optimization and Quality Improvement Frameworks~crlf~##Project and change management and Analytical / Process Review Capabilities~crlf~##Strong exposure in Insurance processes like Claims, Finance, Operations and preferably Underwriting ~crlf~ ~crlf~-General Skills~crlf~##Fluent English (able to negotiate)~crlf~##Analytical & Project Management Skills~crlf~##Ability to lead people of different cultures directly and indirectly~crlf~##Strong Communication, motivational and problem solving skills~crlf~##Self-motivated, capable of working independent~crlf~
