We use data to create business impact. We evaluate positions in our global organization and design price tags for them. We own all global compensation related processes – from budgeting to pay increase and bonus payout. We steer the global Performance Management process. We manage International Assignments and mitigate migration, social security and tax risk for business travelers. We shape our benefit landscape. We are an international team of highly qualified and engaged professionals. We are passionate about what we do and we do it with a good portion of humor (besides one grumpy guy). We offer Working Students experience and insights in all topics we cover. In addition, Working Students have the opportunity to take over own topics or projects and are welcome to write their Master Thesis with us.
##Support the Subject Matter Experts in the areas of Compensation, Performance Management, Benefits, Global Mobility, Grading & Benchmarking in their day-to-day acitivies (individual preferences will be considered)~crlf~##Support in preparation strategic HR presentations~crlf~##Work self-independently on data management, reporting and data analysis in SuccessFactors (SAP)~crlf~##Prepare and maintain HR guidelines ~crlf~##Conduct data analyses~crlf~##Possibility to steer first own Projects & Initiatives~crlf~
##You are an enrolled student in the area of economics, psychology, social sciences or a similar field.~crlf~##You are interested in the quantitative & analytical side of HR~crlf~##You are interested in data and empirical work~crlf~##Excel means more to you than just a green icon on your desktop ~crlf~##You like to work in an international environment~crlf~##You like to write and know how to prepare presentations~crlf~##You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months- part time (16-20 h/week)~crlf~
