This ranges from applicant selection and interviews to communication with the contract management department. In addition, the team is responsible for the organization of internal company events and the development of new recruiting channels. We are currently looking for support primarily for the recruiting of our working students and interns.
##Responsible for the recruitment of working students and interns~crlf~##Independent communication with potential candidates through adequate channels (Social Media)~crlf~##Support the hiring process for professionals (e.g. Active Sourcing, interviews)~crlf~##Optimization of recruiting processes~crlf~##Coordinating and execution of Human Resources Marketing activities ~crlf~##Conceptual support in various Human Resources projects~crlf~
##Enrolled student at the advanced stage in Human Resources, Psychology or any other studies with emphasis on HR or related fields~crlf~##First working experiences in HR and talent acquisition through previous internships are beneficial~crlf~##You speak English like a native speaker, German is huge plus.~crlf~##Proper use of MS Office programs~crlf~##Reliability, conscientiousness , commitment and initiative are core skills~crlf~##You have an open personality and like to work in a team~crlf~##You can start in August/September 2020 and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week)~crlf~
