IAM Demand Manager (m/f/d)
The Allianz Technology IAM (Identity and Access Management) Department is responsible for a variety of global and local Identity and (privileged) Access Management (IAM) solutions for the Allianz Group, focusing on Allianz Technology's Global Shared Services and the local needs of individual OEs. ~crlf~The global IAM solutions provides the Allianz Group with the necessary processes and tools to guarantee fulfillment of high security requirements, while the local IAM solutions are better suited to the individual needs. In a world of ever increasing demand for those solutions, our team needs to grow in the area of demand management.~crlf~ ~crlf~The person will be part of the IAM demand management team that uses, amongst other bits out of the agile tool box, the Scrum methodology. He or she will be in a constant dialogue with our internal and external customers and stakeholders, as well as with our internal teams, to evaluate the best technological answer to the requirements of all. Together with all internal teams, the demand manager acts as a focus point and interface. He is in close contact with the IAM head of department, and the IAM and Security Architects.
##Analyze requirements to recommend solutions to new and complex problems and harmonize processes with the aim to implement a group-wide-target architecture within Allianz Technology~crlf~##Verify the scope with end-to-end acceptance of all identified business requirements~crlf~##Apply and integrate statistical, mathematical, predictive modeling and business analysis skills to manage and manipulate complex high volume data from a variety of sources~crlf~
##Applying analytical thinking, methodological and conceptual skills~crlf~##Higher education degree in business administration, economics, mathematics~crlf~##Possessing project management, consulting, organizational transformation and communication skills~crlf~##Relevant work experience in business processes, e.g. technical insurance processes, finance, HR, procurement~crlf~##Ability to cooperate efficiently with clients and different departments as well as willingness to support new team members~crlf~##Sound and comprehensive communications skills to exchange information~crlf~
